Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Thermal Energy Center Reliability Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and controls. You will support preventive maintenance, energy management, and reliable operation of the facility’s critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years building engineering or related experience.
• EPA certification required.
• BMS/BAS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Monitor and optimize performance of mechanical systems and energy usage.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety policies and client specifications.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and respond to urgent repairs.
• Keep systems within design and environmental parameters prescribed by client.
