Job summary
St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside is seeking a Theatre Floor Coordinator to lead the Perioperative Services team and coordinate theatre operations across the suite. You will partner with surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing leaders to deliver safe, efficient patient care and drive continuous improvement.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on workforce coordination, clinical resource management and patient flow, strengthening team performance and service delivery in a high‑quality private
Qualifications
- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and eligible to practice.
- Post-graduate qualifications in perioperative/anaesthetic nursing and leadership
- Proven leadership experience in perioperative settings and operating theatres
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Perioperative Services team across the theatre suite.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing leaders to optimise patient flow.
- Oversee workforce coordination, resource management and operational performance.
- Foster a positive culture and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
