St Vincent's Health Australia invites applications for the Perioperative Commercial Manager role at St Vincent's Private Hospital Darlinghurst. You will lead the growth and operational performance of our perioperative services, spanning 16 operating theatres, the Central Sterilising Department and related services.

Collaboration with VMOs, clinical leaders and executives is essential to drive strategic initiatives and commercial outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum of five years' progressive healthcare management experience with increasing operational leadership responsibilities.
• Tertiary qualifications in Health Administration, Business, Management, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management and patient safety in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic growth and operational performance of the Perioperative Services portfolio (16 theatres, CSD, perioperative services).
• Partner with VMOs, clinical leaders and stakeholders to drive surgical growth and commercial outcomes.
• Drive accreditation, risk management and governance through robust processes and continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes.
