St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane is seeking a Theatre Floor Coordinator on the Northside to lead the Perioperative Services team. You will work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing leaders to coordinate theatre operations and ensure safe, efficient patient care.

This hands-on leadership role covers workforce coordination, clinical resource management and patient flow across the theatre suite, driving improvements and fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Post-graduate qualifications in perioperative or anaesthetic nursing.
• Clinical expertise with at least 3 years perioperative experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience in resource management, budgeting and workforce planning.
• Committed to safety and patient-centred care aligned with the facility mission.
