St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside in Brisbane is seeking a Theatre Floor Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of our Perioperative Services team. You will coordinate theatre operations with surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing leaders to deliver safe, efficient patient care.

This hands-on leadership role covers workforce coordination, resource management, patient flow and operational performance across the theatre suite, while promoting a collaborative culture and driving

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Post-graduate qualifications in leadership.
• Post-graduate qualifications in perioperative or anaesthetic nursing.
• Clinical expertise in the perioperative area with at least 3 years perioperative experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams.
• Exceptional organisational and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated participation in education activities.
• Experience in achieving organisational targets in resource management, workforce planning and safety.
