St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside is seeking a Theatre Floor Coordinator to lead the Perioperative Services team, coordinating theatre operations with surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing leaders to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality patient care.

This hands-on leadership position manages workforce coordination, clinical resource use, patient flow and operational performance across the theatre suite, aiming to foster a collaborative culture and drive continuous improvement in outcomes

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Post-graduate leadership qualification.
• Post-graduate perioperative nursing qualification.
• Minimum 3 years perioperative experience.
