The Westport Club in Port Macquarie is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen alongside our Head Chef. You will mentor chefs and apprentices, maintain top-quality food and drive excellence across our outlets.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our kitchens while delivering memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.
