Job summary

A major infrastructure company is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Coordinator to support the Testing & Commissioning team. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, issue test reports, and maintain document control systems within a dynamic project environment. This mid-senior level position offers a full-time role in the construction industry with an opportunity to work on a significant rail project in Western Sydney. Candidates should have experience in site coordination and document control systems.

Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSTOM Package, a $5 billion public‑private partnership that will transform Western Sydney.

Major infrastructure package includes:

• Six brand‑new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis
• 12 new metro trains and core rail systems
• A state‑of‑the‑art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills

As part of the Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens and Webuild consortium, we are delivering a city‑shaping project that will define the future of transport in NSW.

The Opportunity

You will play a critical administration role supporting the Testing & Commissioning team by managing documentation, issuing test reports, collecting information from the field and maintaining accurate, compliant document control systems. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a site‑based project environment.

Occasional travel to site at Badgery’s Creek.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster positive working relationships with site team
• Maintain testing & commissioning document control systems, ensuring accuracy and version control
• Issue, track and close out test reports, inspection records and commissioning documentation
• Coordinate document workflows between field teams, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Support reporting, dashboards and progress tracking for the T&C team
• Proactively identify process improvements in T&C documentation
