Job summary

Parklife Metro JV, employed by Webuild, is seeking a Completions Coordinator based in Sydney CBD, with occasional site visits.

You will support in developing and managing the project's Completions Management Systems, ensuring compliance with the deed and handover of portions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Project Completion Deliverables Tracker.
• Maintain trackers for each Working Group related to Completions.
• Participate in Working Groups related to Completion Items.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to align program touchpoints and reduce risk.
• Raise potential risks that could delay milestones or Certificates.
• Maintain a deliverables matrix meeting Deed requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in achieving key milestones and monitoring completion performance.
• Support final inspections, defect identification, rectification and reporting.

This visionary project driven by a joint venture between Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild includes the construction of six new stations, 12 state-of-the-art metro trains, advanced rail systems, and a modern stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.

The Opportunity:

Employed by Webuild, Parklife Metro is seeking a Completions Coordinator to join our team based in Sydney CBD - soon to be North Sydney, with the occasional visit out to site.

As a Completions Coordinator, the primary objective of this position is to assist in the coordination the development, implementation, management and monitoring of the Project's Completions Management Systems, strategies, and initiatives to ensure objectives and targets are met and compliance with the deed and handover of the Portions are achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain, improve and communicate the Project Completion Deliverables Tracker
• Maintain and communicate unique completion trackers for each relevant Working Group related to Completions
• Participate in relevant Working Groups relating to Completion Items
• Work closely with appointed discipline leads and understand workflows to identify any possible gaps and align program and touchpoints to avoid any program risk
• Raise any potential identified risk that has potential to delay program, miss milestones or prevent us from achieving certificates
• Manage and maintain a deliverables matrix that satisfies the Project Deed requirements and includes the requirements for key stakeholder Third Parties
• Build strong and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external
• Manage and assist in achieving key milestones are achieved
• Monitor Completion performance and lead the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve the system, processes and tools
• Monitor the progressive verification and closure of construction compliance records (work lots) and submission
• Assist with the implementation of the final inspection process, defect identification, rectification, and status reporting

Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar
• A minimum of two years' experience preferably working on infrastructure projects
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and targets, prioritizing tasks under pressure
• Excellent communicator and able to engage with a variety of stakeholders
