Job Description / Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a testing team responsible for validating the digital front‑end experience across customer‑facing digital platforms.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies, plans and test cases in agile delivery models.
• Coordinate testing across agile squads, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with product owners, developers and business stakeholders.
• Conduct functional, integration, and exploratory testing as needed.
• Manage defect identification, resolution and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support release planning, test reporting and ensure alignment with best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in digital or customer‑facing platform environments.
• Strong experience in end‑to‑end testing within agile delivery models.
• Hands‑on testing capability across functional, integration and UI testing.
• Exposure to digital platforms (web/mobile applications).
• Experience leading and mentoring testing teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of test strategy, planning and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams/squads and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in general insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
• Exposure to insurance platforms such as Guidewire is beneficial but not essential.
