Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst with strong ETL and SQL skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive functional test plans to validate complex data integration, transformation, and reporting processes. This role requires advanced SQL skills to perform in-depth data validation, source-to-target reconciliation, and defect investigation, as well as a solid understanding of ETL workflows.

The Senior Test Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI/reporting teams to ensure alignment with requirements, communicate test progress, and provide actionable insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to influence outcomes, facilitate workshops, and manage expectations across multiple teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of quality, and can work across cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Azure Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience in scripting such as Python, Scala, PySpark
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and manipulation
• Experience of working with CICD Tools such as Jenkins, Github, Atlassin Stash
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
