The Technical Lead provides hands‑on technical leadership within agile delivery teams to ensure solutions are designed, developed, and delivered in alignment with enterprise architecture standards, engineering best practices, and operational requirements. The role guides technical implementation activities, supports engineering quality, and enables delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and resilient solutions. The Technical Lead acts as the primary technical authority within the Scrum team and works closely with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, Product Owners, and delivery stakeholders to ensure technical alignment across solution delivery activities. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to balance hands‑on engineering delivery with mentoring, coordination, and technical decision‑making responsibilities. Please note you must already have Baseline security clearance or be eligible to obtain Baseline security clearance.
