Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking an experienced Test Delivery Lead to drive testing and QA across a major transformation program in Australia. This 12-month maximum-term role will own testing strategy, governance and delivery, partnering with technology teams, stakeholders and vendors.

You'll lead SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness, develop test strategies, manage defects and provide clear reporting to governance forums while supporting the growth of the testing team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading testing and QA delivery within large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression and release testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar testing and defect management tools.
• Experience testing complex integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and vendor-led delivery environments.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Management certification is highly regarded.
• Telecommunications experience will be highly regarded.
