Job summary

DFP Recruitment is partnering with a leading technology organisation to hire multiple Test Analysts in Melbourne. You will create and execute test plans, perform system, integration and UAT testing, and document defects to drive quality outcomes.

Work with experienced leads, developers and project teams in a collaborative environment. The role requires 3+ years in software testing, strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder engagement, with onsite work in Melbourne as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
A detail-oriented approach with a passion for quality delivery.
Able to work onsite in Melbourne as required.

Responsibilities

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
Support customer-witnessed testing activities and project delivery.
Prepare testing documentation, results, and reports.
