Qualifications

Proven ability to win new business and grow existing customer accounts in B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket industry to advise trade customers with technical product advice and solutions.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
Strong communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
Proactive ownership over your territory.
Willingness to travel to visit stores and trade customers across metro and regional sites.

Responsibilities

Own your territory performance by planning visit activity and analyzing customer insights.
Build strong B2B partnerships with workshops, mechanics, fleet operators and trade customers.
Provide technical product advice and tailor parts and service solutions.
Expand engagement in Supercheap Auto Trade program through onboarding and education.
Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive account management and visits.
Grow sales and profitability by winning new high-value business and managing existing trade accounts.
