Job summary

Supercheap Auto Trade, part of Super Retail Group, is recruiting a Trade Sales Representative to own and grow the Western States Territory (WA/SA/NT). You will build strong trade relationships, win new business and drive sales growth across stores and trade customers.

You will use your automotive aftermarket expertise to deliver tailored parts and service solutions, onboard new trade customers, and provide proactive account management to foster long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow existing accounts in B2B sales or territory roles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories or workshop environments.
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving results.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

We're looking for a Trade Sales Representative to own and grow our Western States Territory (WA/SA/NT), building strong relationships with trade customers, winning new business, and driving sales growth.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role you will be responsible for growing sales, profitability, and customer engagement across your Western States territory through a mixture of account management & new business development.

• Own your territory performance by planning visit activity, analysing customer insights, maintaining accurate reporting and collaborating with stores and the wider Trade team to unlock growth opportunities.
• Build strong B2B partnerships with workshops, mechanics, fleet operators and trade customers, becoming their trusted aftermarket solutions provider.
• Leverage your automotive aftermarket expertise to provide technical product advice, identify customer needs and recommend tailored parts and service solutions.
• Expand customer and store engagement in our Supercheap Auto Trade program by onboarding, educating and increasing awareness of our extended product range and trade offers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive account management, regular customer visits and responsive support that builds long-term loyalty.
• Grow sales and profitability across your territory by winning new high value business opportunities and managing existing trade accounts.

• Willingness to travel - Visiting Supercheap Auto stores and Trade Customers across metro and regional sites is a requirement of this role.
