Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking a Business Development Executive AFH to cover North Canberra, Yass, Goulburn and Marulan regions. You will manage a mixed customer portfolio across multiple channels, plan your field week, and build trusted relationships to drive account growth.

• Manage and develop a mixed portfolio of customers across your territory.
• Plan your field week and customer call cycle, balancing priorities and follow-up.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers.
• Identify practical opportunities to grow accounts and create value.
• Develop your influencing and commercial skills as you take greater ownership of the account management process.
• Learn different customer channels and adapt your approach to what each customer needs.
• Work autonomously in the field while contributing to a connected and experienced local team.
• Adapt as the new operating model and territory design continue to evolve.
