Job summary

LP Consulting Services in Sydney is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Greater Sydney territory and a regional area. You will spend significant time on the road visiting stores, working with Store Managers and franchisees to ensure sales, merchandising, and planogram standards are met.

We are looking for someone energetic, commercially minded, with a passion for sales and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, field sales or territory management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Experience with major retailers or independents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across Greater Sydney territory.
• Build relationships with major retailers, independents, Store Managers and franchisees.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and budgets.
• Identify and develop new retail opportunities.
• Influence store orders and replenishment levels.
• Drive merchandising and in-store marketing compliance.
• Attend store visits and complete daily reporting.
• Provide product training and sales support to retail teams.
• Monitor and improve in-store standards and sales performance.
• Coordinate regional store engagement and support.
