Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a proactive Territory Merchandiser for the Eastern Suburbs in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, permanent role covers Bondi, Maroubra, Randwick and Eastgardens, with travel across the territory and a company vehicle provided.

You will maintain high presentation standards, execute planograms, and drive promotions with strong store relationships. The role requires independent work and reliable, punctual performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or field operations is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift up to 16 kg and travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Professionally presented with strong attention to detail.

Territory Merchandiser (Eastern Suburbs) - Full-Time Parramatta, NSW, AU

We areseekinga proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand outin every store. You'llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, covering the Eastern Suburbs area (Bondi, Maroubra, Randwick & Eastgardens). This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock,maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in‑store activations to support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites
• Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
