Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners in Sydney is seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.

This part-time, permanent role (24 hours a week) Wednesday - Friday covers Parramatta and surrounding suburbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility.
• Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms.
• Lead in-store activations to support promotions and campaigns.
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores.

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
