Job summary

Coca-cola European Partners is seeking a proactive Merchandiser for the Penrith/Blue Mountains region. This field-based role involves managing a defined territory, building displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring brand standards across multiple stores.

The Opportunity

We areseekinga proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure ourbrandsstand outin every store.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.

This is a full-timepermanent position. This field‑based role is for the Penrith/Blue Mountains region and requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock,maintainpresentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in‑store activationsto support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provideaccuratereporting andmaintaina professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams, with the ability to navigate and interpret Excel spreadsheets
• Experience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
