Toby’s Estate in Sydney is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to shape how our premium coffee brand is seen in the market. You’ll manage an existing customer portfolio, pursue new business opportunities, and represent the brand at events, TECs, and in-market activities.

You’ll build relationships on the road, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with the State Sales Manager to drive growth. The role suits a confident, independent hunter with sales experience and a passion for specialty

• Proven sales experience in B2B environments.
• Comfortable with field-based selling.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
