Job summary

Davey Water Products is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead sales growth across Western Australia. You will manage key accounts, work with our dealer network, and drive market share in agriculture, irrigation, mining and water treatment sectors.

This role offers high autonomy within a national sales framework, with a focus on customer outcomes and strategic partnerships across WA. A current driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Territory Management, Account Management or Business Development.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in water, irrigation, agricultural, industrial, or pump industries.
• Technical knowledge of pumps, water systems or mechanical equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently across a dispersed WA territory.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel WA.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Territory Manager to lead sales growth and customer engagement across Western Australia.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships within the agriculture, irrigation, mining, water treatment and commercial sectors.

About the Role

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing Davey's presence throughout Western Australia. Working closely with our dealer network, customers and industry stakeholders, you will drive sales performance, strengthen market share and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your territory while being supported by an experienced and collaborative national sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and dealer partners across your WA territory.

Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand product presence across agriculture, irrigation, mining, and water treatment markets.

Plan and execute regular customer visits and travel schedules to strengthen engagement and support.

Deliver product training, technical support, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to drive dealer and customer success.

Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and attendance at industry events.

Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, product, and field sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of opportunities, contacts, and activities in CRM systems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience in Territory Management, Account Management or Business Development.

A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience within the water, irrigation, agricultural, industrial, pump or related industries.

Technical knowledge of pumps, water systems or mechanical equipment (highly regarded).

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

The ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.

Strong organisational, planning and CRM skills.

A commitment to workplace safety and customer service excellence.

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia.
