Job summary

Davey Water Products in Scoresby is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage international shipments from order receipt to delivery. You will coordinate sea, air, courier, and cross-trade shipments, prepare export documents, and liaise with freight forwarders and overseas customers.

You will ensure Incoterms compliance, monitor shipments, manage invoicing, and maintain records in ERP systems while supporting domestic freight activities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in export shipping or international logistics.
• Experience coordinating international shipments.
• Understanding of Incoterms and trade requirements.
• Strong admin and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Job description

Join Davey and play a key role in managing our international export operations. Reporting to the Senior Import/Export Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating export shipments from order receipt through to delivery, managing shipping documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and overseas customers, and ensuring compliance with international trade requirements. You will also support import and domestic freight activities as required.

What You'll Do

Manage export orders from receipt through to shipment completion and delivery

Coordinate international sea, air, courier and cross-trade shipments

Prepare export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading and Export Declarations

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers and overseas customers

Monitor export and import shipments and proactively resolve delivery or documentation issues

Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade requirements

Process freight and customer invoices and assist with reconciliations

Maintain accurate records within ERP and freight management systems

Support domestic freight activities as required

About You

Experience in export shipping, international logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain administration

Experience preparing export documentation and coordinating international shipments

Understanding of Incoterms and international trade requirements

Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
