Job summary

OneMD in Brisbane is seeking a motivated allied health professional to join as a Territory Manager, focusing on post-operative bracing and supports. This field-based role involves educating physiotherapists and clinics, expanding existing relationships and growing the Brisbane Central territory with North Queensland coverage.

Full product training is provided, and prior medical device sales experience is not required, offering a clear pathway from a clinical background into a rewarding

A globally recognised medical device organisation is looking for a motivated healthcare professional to join their Brisbane team as a Territory Manager, specialising in post-operative bracing and supports.

With an established international presence, the business provides a range of medical solutions designed to support patients following surgery, injury and throughout their rehabilitation journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an allied healthcare professional looking to transition into medical device sales, combining their clinical knowledge and passion for patient outcomes with a rewarding commercial career.

The Role

Territory: Brisbane Central, with a regional component covering North Queensland.

This is a field-based position where you’ll build relationships with allied healthcare professionals and educate them on an extensive portfolio of post-operative bracing and support products.

You’ll primarily work directly with physiotherapy and allied health clinics, demonstrating products, understanding customer needs and providing solutions that support patients throughout their recovery.

You’ll be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the territory and develop new business. Full product training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the foundations to build a successful career in medical device sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with allied health clinics i.e. physiotherapists, chiropractors etc.
• Educating customers on the product portfolio, including post-operative braces and supports.
• Conducting product demonstrations and providing guidance on clinical applications.
• Managing an established territory while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions.
• Working towards sales targets and driving territory growth.
• Managing your own schedule, customer visits and day-to-day activities.
• Travelling throughout Brisbane and North Queensland as required.

About You

This role is ideally suited to an allied healthcare professional looking to transition from a clinical environment into medical device sales.

You could be a Physiotherapist, Nurse (particularly with theatre experience), Chiropractor, Osteopath or Podiatrist who is ready to take the next step in their career.

To be successful, you’ll have:
