Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts is seeking a driven Territory Manager to own a well-established regional territory based in Ballarat, covering Ballarat to Horsham and surrounding towns. This on-the-road role focuses on growing existing accounts and winning new business.

You will build relationships with workshops and trade customers, conduct regular face-to-face visits, and negotiate quotes to close sales, supported by a national network within Bapcor.

• A confident communicator who enjoys being out on the road
• Strong at building relationships and delivering great customer service
• Sales-driven and proactive, comfortable with cold calling
• Self-motivated and resilient, particularly in a regional territory
• A team player who is happy to pitch in when needed

This is a hands-on, on-the-road sales role where you’ll manage existing accounts while actively growing new business.
