Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, backed by the Bapcor Group, is seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow the Kalgoorlie region. You will visit customers on the road, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

In this hands-on sales role, you will manage an existing portfolio while expanding into new business across Kalgoorlie and nearby areas, with autonomy and a clear path for career development within a market-leading group.

Qualifications

• Experience in Territory Management or similar sales roles.
• Proven ability to grow and maintain a customer base.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing customer base across Kalgoorlie and surrounding regional areas.
• Build relationships with workshops, auto electricians, mining contractors, fleet operators and trade customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and provide solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well‑established territory based in Kalgoorlie, WA.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing sales role where you'll spend most of your time on the road visiting customers, identifying opportunities and providing solutions that help their businesses succeed.

You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers while actively developing new business throughout the Kalgoorlie and surrounding regional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, mining contractors, fleet operators and trade customers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face customer visits
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Partner closely with internal branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

Qualifications

You don't necessarily need automotive experience to be successful, but you do need a passion for sales, customer relationships and delivering results.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
• A track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach
• The confidence to seek out and win new business
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

• Automotive, auto electrical, mining, industrial, heavy vehicle or trade industry experience
• Experience selling into workshops, fleets, mining or industrial customers
• Knowledge of the Kalgoorlie region and surrounding customer base
