Job summary

Novo Nordisk Oceania is seeking a GP Sales Representative to promote our portfolio to General Practitioners and Pharmacists across North Gold Coast, Beenleigh, Beaudesert, Jimboomba and Ashmore. In this full-time role, you will build strong relationships, develop territory plans, and drive results with face-to-face and digital engagements.

You will report to the State Sales Manager and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical teams from our North Sydney head office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2yrs GP sales experience within pharma or similar industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Tertiary education in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Biomedical.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel, including weekends.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with General Practitioners and expand the target group of customers across your territory.
• Build patient-centric HCP relationships through a highly organised, self-motivated and driven approach.
• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan using face-to-face and digital engagements to create a personalised omni-channel experience.
• Execute marketing strategies, conduct group presentations, and monitor and report on competitor activity.
• Work in accordance with business ethics procedures and Novo Nordisk policies.
