Job summary

Novo Nordisk Oceania is seeking a dedicated GP Sales Representative to promote Novo Nordisk’s portfolio to General Practitioners and Pharmacists across Lake Munmorah, Gosford, Woy Woy, Toronto and Cessnock. The role is full-time and involves a hybrid approach to engagement, combining in-person visits with digital outreach.

You will develop territory business plans, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive sales while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2yrs GP sales experience within the pharmaceutical or similar industry.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional extended hours and weekends.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing General Practitioners and expand the customer base across the territory.
• Build patient-centric HCP relationships through a highly organised, self-motivated approach.
• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan with face-to-face and digital engagements.
• Execute marketing strategies, conduct group presentations, and monitor competitor activity.
• Work in accordance with ethics procedures, local laws, Novo Nordisk Way and internal policies.
