Repco is a leader in the automotive aftermarket parts market in Australia. The Customer Development Manager (Dubbo/Central West) role focuses on building strong relationships with target customers and driving sales with CRM-supported activities.

Reporting to a Channel Manager, you will manage about 150 customers, achieve sales budgets, and promote a culture of safety while working with store managers. This position is based in Dubbo, NSW, Australia.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or customer management experience, automotive industry preferred.
• CRM systems experience is required.
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Solving customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.
• Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
• Manage relationships of around 150 customers.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
• Achieve sales budgets.
• Foster and drive a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe and go home.
