Repco in Cairns/Atherton/Mareeba seeks a Customer Development Manager to drive sales and relationships with a portfolio of about 150 customers. You’ll work with Store Managers and use a CRM system to implement campaigns and promotions. A KPI-driven environment and a safety-first culture are central to the role.

The position involves lifting, driving and field visits, with strong emphasis on customer service, sales targets, and team collaboration. Experience in automotive sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer management experience, automotive preferred.
• Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales and gross margin performance for the territory.
• Own relationships with around 150 customers.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
• Achieve sales budgets and promote a culture of safety.
