Job summary

Repco in Australia is seeking Customer Development Managers (CDMs) who report to a Channel Manager and work with Repco Store Managers to build strong relationships with target customers. With a sales focus, they’re supported by a CRM system and promotional activities.

You will solve customer problems through consultation, manage territory margins, attend meetings and training, and drive safety culture while lifting and driving as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer management, preferably in automotive.
• Ability to liaise with customers and company stakeholders.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• A passion for automotive products and services.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer problems through consultation and relationship building.
• Be responsible for sales and gross margin for your territory.
• Manage relationships with around 150 customers.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training.
• Achieve sales budgets and targets.
• Promote a culture of safety and safe driving practices.
