Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to partner with Repco Store Managers in the Dubbo/Central West area. You’ll manage a portfolio of trade customers, drive sales and margin while delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Working with a CRM system and promotional activities, you’ll build strong relationships, meet budgets and promote a culture of safety across the team. This role offers coaching, career growth, and a friendly, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving sales growth and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to work with store managers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven selling.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with around 150 customers.
• Drive sales and gross margin performance in your territory.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
• Achieve sales budgets and promote a culture of safety.
