Job summary

Emmetts is seeking an experienced agricultural sales professional to grow our customer base across Cummins and the Eyre Peninsula region, representing John Deere machinery and precision ag solutions. Based from the Cummins branch, you will join an established sales team serving broadacre farming customers.

You’ll build trusted relationships with growers, manage a territory, and drive sales through proactive business development and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in agriculture, machinery or broadacre farming.
• Strong understanding of agricultural customers and farm operations.
• Able to initiate conversations and create opportunities in regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a strong sales pipeline across Cummins and Eyre Peninsula region.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new accounts.
• Promote and sell John Deere machinery and precision ag solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical on-farm solutions to improve productivity.
• Own your territory, follow up leads, and drive sales activity with energy.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive business development and exceptional service.
