Job summary

Fosroc, part of the DuluxGroup, is seeking customer-focused staff for our Construction Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW. This full-time role supports customers with product advice and sales, with training provided for Fosroc brands.

The position requires Monday–Friday availability with Saturday mornings on a rotating roster. You will join a team that values growth, recognition and collaboration within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service in a retail or trades environment.
• Ability to handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Experience in stock maintenance and stock replenishment.
• Forklift licence is required and must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and excellent customer experience for Fosroc products.
• Support in stock control and store housekeeping.
• Assist with daily cash handling and point-of-sale duties.
• Carry out forklift tasks as required on site.

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for people centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and excellent experience. We will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.

This role is a full-time role of 38 hours per week, based in our Fosroc Construction Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW.It is essential you are flexible to work Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
