Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales account management with a focus on customer relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across key accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with Vision Australia, Guide Dogs, See Differently and other stakeholders.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with Blindness Product Specialists to drive sales through workshops, demos and presentations.
• Manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and prepare quotations in Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations for a seamless experience.
• Manage demonstration equipment within territory.
• Develop product knowledge across the HumanWare portfolio (training provided).
• Attend industry events and sales meetings as required.
