Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in North Sydney is seeking a Vision Services Manager to lead B2B partnerships, optimise retail contracts, and enhance sales and support services for Vision Plan. Reporting to ANZ Support Services Director, you will bridge commercial strategy with operational excellence.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across ERP, POS and SAP, manage SLAs and vendor contracts, coach a high-performing team, and deliver measurable improvements across the Retail network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading specialised B2B/commercial operations teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex SLAs and vendor contracts.
• Strong communication and influencing senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experience for B2B partners, ensuring service excellence and delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise retail and commercial workflows across ERP, POS and SAP systems.
• Monitor, analyse and present performance metrics to support business decisions and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive, collaborative and accountable culture.
• Mentor and succession plan to build team capability.
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and growth.
