Job summary

Glasshouse Country Christian College is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant – Individual Student Support to join our Primary Learning Enhancement team at Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast. The role focuses on providing one-to-one or small-group support to Prep students, helping them access learning and participate in daily activities.

You will work alongside teachers, follow individual plans, and may assist with communication, emotional regulation, mobility or personal care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or one-to-two support to Prep students during the school day.
• Support students to access learning and participate in school life.
• Assist with communication, emotional regulation, mobility or personal care as needed.
• Work with classroom teachers and Learning Enhancement staff to implement plans.
