Belmont Christian College is seeking a passionate and organised Events Coordinator to join our Mission & Community team. This permanent part-time role offers 45 hours per fortnight during term time, with flexibility to adapt hours around College events and activities.

You will coordinate events, support marketing and communications, engage with students, families and staff, and help tell the story of God at our College. A personal Christian faith and relevant experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Commitment to Christian faith and values.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support College events and community engagement activities.
• Assist with planning, promotion and delivery of College events.
• Support marketing and communications across digital and print platforms.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, suppliers and communications.
• Work with staff and volunteers to ensure successful event delivery.
• Assist in capturing and promoting stories that celebrate life and mission.
