Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education's Trinity College, Beenleigh is seeking a creative and organised Events, Marketing and Communications professional to deliver engaging events, communications and marketing initiatives that showcase and strengthen our vibrant College community.

In this role you will coordinate media activities, apply branding guidelines, manage digital content, and support marketing procurement and budgeting while ensuring timely delivery of events and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating media activities across online platforms and print materials.
• Ability to apply branding guidelines and interpret relevant policies.
• Experience in marketing procurement and budgeting tasks.
• Experience creating and managing digital content to support school objectives.
• Proven ability to coordinate marketing and event activities to meet local needs.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and Blue Card clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and administering processes and procedures, responding to inquiries.
• Reviewing local systems and recommending enhancements.
• Monitoring service delivery for compliance with legislation and standards.
• Promoting efficiencies and ensuring current websites and print media.
• Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Supervising and training support staff to deliver events and communications.
