All staff are required to be Christians, active in their local church and have a willingness to follow the College’s Codes of Conduct and child safe policies. Applicants should be creative and insightful, and able to demonstrate exemplary skills in student differentiation and programming in all key learning areas. They must be able to adopt explicit instruction teaching practices as their core teaching pedagogy.
