JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking friendly Dining Servers to join Misono Japanese Restaurant, Surfers Paradise. In a lively, glamorous teppanyaki setting you will welcome guests, explain menus, take orders and ensure smooth service from arrival to departure.

You will work with a talented team, delivering warm hospitality and engaging experiences in a luxury brand environment. Previous hospitality experience is valued; training and development are offered, along with generous staff

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages and dining experiences
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through personalised service
• Build rapport with guests and contribute to a lively dining atmosphere
• Accurately process orders and transactions through the MICROS system
• Ensure restaurant presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Assist with opening, closing and restocking duties
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow associates to deliver outstanding experiences
