Job summary

JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant for Citrique Seafood Restaurant. You will warmly welcome guests, deliver engaging service, and help create memorable dining experiences for visitors from around the world.

Experience in hotel F&B, RSA, and a positive, can-do attitude are valued. Barista skills are a plus; flexible weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment.
• RSA competency card required.
• Barista skills are advantageous.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.

Critical responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
• Warmly welcome & serve our guests
• Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
• Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
• Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
• Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
• Use of POS system
• Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
• Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling
• Promoting safety and support WHS practices

Successful Candidates will have:

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Barista skills advantageous
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
