Stamford Plaza Brisbane, home to Kabuki Teppanyaki Restaurant, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic kitchen team member. Experience in teppanyaki or a willingness to learn this exciting culinary style is required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You must have legal working rights in Australia or a current Visa, and hold or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handling Certificate.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual who:

• Has experience in teppanyaki or a strong willingness to learn this exciting culinary style.
• Demonstrates flexibility and is available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Holds legal working rights in Australia or a current Visa
• Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006) or willing to obtain
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• A commitment to highest levels of customer service
• Knows how to interact with the customers, and likes to show off their Tepan cooking skills
