Job summary

Lead Group Consultancy in North Brisbane seeks an Estimator to price small to mid-sized commercial construction projects across SE Queensland. You will work with estimating and delivery teams on tender reviews, quantification, trade scoping and cost planning to deliver competitive submissions.

Ideal candidates bring estimating experience in commercial construction, strong trade package understanding and proven ability to manage tenders from review to submission.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience within commercial construction.
• Experience pricing small to mid-sized construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade packages.
• Good subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission.
• Experience across sectors (commercial, industrial, retail, education, hospitality, healthcare or similar) will be considered.
