Job summary

Be Recruitment is partnering with Argyle Housing to recruit an experienced Client Support Lead for its Gregory Hills team. This hands-on leadership role will coach a tenancy support team of five, strengthen services for tenants, and drive client-centred outcomes in a not-for-profit housing context.

Based in Gregory Hills, you will lead operations, mentor staff, manage complex tenancy matters, build relationships with government agencies and community services, and ensure records and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading a client-facing tenancy services team.
• Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and social housing practice.
• Experience with vulnerable clients.
• Current Australian driver’s licence preferred.
• NDIS Worker Check / Working With Children clearance advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop a tenancy support team of five.
• Provide coaching, feedback and professional development.
• Strengthen service delivery and tenancy outcomes.
• Navigate complex tenancy matters and coordinate with external services.
