The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia is recruiting an experienced Change Specialist to support TEMRS mobilisation in the Northern Territory. You will provide expert change management advice, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement to enable a smooth transition and adoption across the organisation.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work with People and Culture, Communications and frontline teams to build readiness, mitigate risks and align change activities with project

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change in complex settings.
• Experience conducting change impact/readiness assessments and planning management.
• Experience with workforce transitions, restructures or mega-change programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to work with project teams, vendors and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Develop understanding of RFDS SA/NT operations to support safe change delivery.
• Partner with the project team to support TEMRS change delivery.
• Conduct change impact/readiness assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate change control, governance approvals and documentation.
• Ensure changes are reflected in project plans and schedules.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities and forums.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and adoption outcomes.
• Support leaders to communicate and guide teams through change initiatives.
