Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking a Principal Manager Performance Improvement to drive insight-led improvements across clinical and operational performance. You will lead KPI development, surface risks and provide decision-ready advice for action.

You will establish reporting standards, deliver targeted analyses, and partner with hospital and operations leaders to translate data into measurable outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement and data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or evidence of executive-level management experience.
• Proven expertise in performance analytics and insights generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in developing concise, fit-for-purpose analysis for executive audiences.
• Experience leading performance improvement initiatives and embedding accountability.
