Job summary

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is seeking a strategic Leader to become Manager Data Governance & Quality. You will act as Data Custodian for core patient data assets and provide enterprise leadership for data governance, quality, and information stewardship across the NSW Health framework.

You will develop governance frameworks, drive data excellence, ensure privacy compliance, and collaborate with executive and clinical teams to support performance and funding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in health services management or information management.
• Experience leading data governance programs and enterprise data assets.
• Strong knowledge of NSW Health data collections and policy frameworks.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and prepare briefings.
• Experience with privacy compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and quality controls.
