Job summary

Founded in Sydney in 2014, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia's leading independent distillery, producing a range of award-winning whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums using locally sourced ingredients.

In 2026, we welcomed Australian legend Chris Hemsworth as co-owner of Archie Rose, alongside founder Will Edwards, marking a milestone in our journey to bring Australian grown and made spirits to the world.

We're looking for a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join the Archie Rose team at our Botany Head Office from Mid October-Mid January. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service across email, phone, and live chat, serving as the first point of contact for our customers and positively representing the Archie Rose brand.

In this role, you'll support the Customer Service Manager to resolve or direct customer enquiries efficiently while ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations. From supporting our customers with their online order to guest enquiries for the Archie Rose Bar & Spirits Experience bookings you'll help bring the Archie Rose brand to life.

Your Skills & Experience:

A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service, both over the phone and via written communication, ensuring every interaction reflects Archie Rose's brand values.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities coupled with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling efficient task management and seamless collaboration across internal and external teams.

Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within premium consumer products, events, or hospitality industries.

Proactively identify urgent priorities, make independent decisions, and maintain smooth operations.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is essential.

Experience with Gorgias, Shopify and 7Rooms is highly desirable.

You must have full availability to work through the peak period from October through mid-January (including the period between Christmas and New Year, excluding weekends + public holidays).
